Throughout my extensive design career I have had the great honor of partnering with and leading some of the most talented people in the industry. My drive to continuously to learn, collaborate, mentor, and innovate has culminated in highly profitable experiences that surprise and delight consumers of all ages. My strengths include People Leadership, Stakeholder Influence, and Innovation.

My values are core to how I operate both in my professional and personal life. It's important that people are not only aware of these values, but are also compatible with them supercharging the experiences we create together.

Fun

Life is short. I'm committed to focusing on what I love and enjoying the people I spend the majority of my time with. People who are having fun and enjoying their work are more engaged and simply create outstanding experiences.

Winning

I love to win/succeed in all aspects of life whether it is playing Candy Land with my six year old or contributing to the success of a team and seeing people excel/grow. Winning often propels the flywheel of fun energizing the team and raising the bar for what is possible.

Authenticity

I need to be myself at all times and create an environment where others flourish “in their own skin.” I demand a high level of candor where people are expected to speak their mind regardless of title and/or popular opinion. Authentic and considerate listening, conversation, and feedback are the foundations for growth, trust, meaningful relationships and sustained success.
